I have to agree that "The Fear" is getting boring. In fact, I didn't like "Not Fair" in the first place but now I'm totally addicted like crazy, listening to it almost everyday. She's really feisty and sexy in this.

Where's the music in this song? Listening to it, it sounds like a drearily vocalised version of one of many, many, many many many of Lily's many many opinionated Twitter entries. And boy, don't the musicians in the music video look so BORED to you? That kinda summed up my reaction to the song, too. YAAAWN My honest opinion is that Lily herself knows this song sucks (as does The Fear, just another monotone, this time to an electronic backing track), and she's taking the piss out of all of us while the £s roll in. Which would make sense, given her personal character.

Really good song, and if you don't like her voice it's fine, but it's funny that some people are so sad go out of their way and review this badly just because they hate Ms. Allen :D

She's not really singing is she. she's just talking in tune like Yoko Ono or those William Shatner records. Let's face it - if she she could sing well sh'ed already've showcased her voice to be larger than the octave range i suspect it to be. Besides, like her fathers acting, her music and videos are all derivative anyway. Keith Allen is well known but no lauded as a great actor by anyone, anywhere. I mean he did co-write 'world in motion' with new order but all new order fans would say that's their shittest song because of how cheesily commercial it is. but i digress. Her songs only have three themes crap sex life (though the only common factor in this is her!) social gaffes or faux pas (try some milk before an all nighter, will by you an extra 1-2 hours of awakeness) constant estuary english singing (prob from the Guy Ritchie school of elecution)

This is fantastic, nearly every song on her album is a potential hit so it must have been a hard one to pick. I'm sure it'll do well, it's one of those songs that doesn't get old easily.

Can'I can't stand that woman. She's a media whore - always coming up with some comment about something or other just for that extra 5 seconds in the limelight. She was applauding the genius that is The Apprentice last week - do we actually care what she thinks?? As for the song - rubbish.

So what people are not allowed express their views on this song. I agree this song is the wrost song EVER! LILY ALLEN CAN'T SING TO SAVE HER LIFE! IF YOU CALL SINGING SOMEONE WHO TALKING S**T IN MICROPHONE THEN... And if you say she's talented then you must be talking about her fat gob. HATE THIS SONG! HATE THIS SONG! HATE THIS SONG! I really dislike Ms. Lily Allen for her fat gob, her bad example and also can't bloody sing. I don't understand why her music still sells her song generally crap. This song I think this is one of the worst songs this year (like e.g Katy Perry's Thinking Of You). The video is even worse; cheap, tacky, boring and wrost thing of all Lily Allen is in it.

I dissagree, the Fear became a bit bland after the billionth time I heard it, whereas this suits Lily much more, it's quirky, a bit cheeky which suits Lily much more than electropop. The effortless sound to her voice is also great! But I still think 'Back to the Start' is the best song off the album...finger crossed she releases that next!
