Sugababes: 'Get Sexy'
Responsible for some of the finest pop offerings of the past decade, Sugababes hit a creative rut last year when they rehashed Ernie K. Doe's 'Girls' into a shameless hen night crowd-pleaser. Following disappointing sales of their Catfights and Spotlights album, the trio recognised they'd become a touch "complacent" and jetted over to the US - tails firmly between their legs - to rectify the situation.

On this evidence, their Stateside jaunt looks to have paid off. A collaboration with little-known producers The Smeezingtons, 'Get Sexy' is a dancefloor stomper that nestles somewhere between 'Boom Boom Pow' and 'Bonkers' in its blend of electropop, techno and R&B sounds. It may not be massively original, nor an instant classic to rival 'About You Now' or 'Push The Button', but with a Right Said Fred-sampling hook, a thundering chorus and plenty of attitude - most noticeably from Amelle - it returns Sugababes right to the forefront of the pop landscape.

Awful. Beyond words awful. I shudder whenever I hear this song on the radio (which is far too often). It's also the most arrogant song I've ever heard. At least Right Said Fred was just a p**s-take. In this one they seriously complain that whever they walk into a club they physically start to hurt because they're too sexy. A war-crime of a song.

Never really been a fan of them, until now. Amazing work. Okay the lyrics aren't the best.. but it's so dam catchy and their voices are amazing. To the haters, at least they don't need don't have to reply on Xenomania for a chart topper ;)

Absolutely ATROCIOUS. Their music has gone downhill ever since Mutya Buena left the group. What a terrible shame.

Absolutely worthless piece of rubbish. Requires zero talent to make, completely unoriginal and uninteresting. Music for the braindead.

Fab song. This year is all about the Sugababes, whereas last year was all about Girls Aloud
