Wale ft. Lady GaGa: 'Chillin'
Not content with having impressed Mark Ronson so much that the producer offered him a record deal, Washington DC rapper Wale has now landed Lady GaGa for his first big release. So does this mean we're looking at a new superstar in the making? Well, if 'Chillin' is anything to go by, that's certainly where Wale sees himself heading.

"This how you start off '09, kickin' in the door and I'm everybody's problem," he proclaims on the opening lines of this slightly pompous introduction single. GaGa then fuels the flames with her "across the pond they all know us" chat, meaning this could easily have become an irritating hip-hop ego-fest. Thankfully though, it's also an upbeat, likeable affair that has more in common with prime Jay-Z than the nasal bleatings of Akon. The result? For now at least, Wale's boasts are worth enduring.

Apart from GaGa's part it's awful, and her part is a bit too MIA.

I only like Lady Gaga's bit. It's so catchy. She's sound like M.I.A. on this track so diffferent from her other singles. I don't like this Wale person he just talks about himself. Lady Gaga saved the song.
