It's not great, this song. It's sort of drippy and bland and... I don't know. It's just not particularly exciting. Knock You Down and Return the Favor were miles better.

I do like this song however it isn't like 'Knock You Down' where you can listen to it religiously and never get bored. Known about this song for a while as it was released in the US a while ago now so already got a bit bored. Good tune though.

Ali - Liverpool I totally agree! Anybody who has the role of publishing reviews on music shouldn't be swayed to certain genre's. Energy is a classic advocation of Keri's musical talent. This song has great production behind it, and it definately reaches the standards of all her previous singles. Not quite 5 stars as of yet from Keri, but she gains thumbs up from me here, with a respectable 4 stars.

Im sorry but whoever you are making your opinion herd on these songs you are very much wrong!, all you have to say about these artists is that their not that good, the songs are too drippy (taylor swift - teardrops on my guitatr) if you are biased towards one type of music then i think you are poor at your job!, you need to be more broad minded and listen to the songs from all points of view and peoples tastes, not your own!

it's okay not amazing, knock you down was 4 stars and return the favour is about 3 in and half, and energy is a little poor but at least she is proving she dnt need a man to push a song up the charts for her.

I love this track as much as Knock You Down. But I agree it does sound like No Air. It's good to see her singing on her own without a guest calloborator. I hope it gets top 5.

I love it but not as good as Knock You Down.

i think this song was fantastic, but it already sounds dated. its like 'No Air', should have been a hit last year.

This is a great song and, without a doubt, better than Knock You Down. Definitely one of the strongest on her album along with Return The Favor.
