Pitbull: 'Hotel Room Service'

Pitbull seemed destined for One Hit Wonder status when he cracked the top five with 'I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)' over the summer. A charmless if naggingly catchy mix of Miami beats, sampled brass and crotch-tugging rapping, it was the sort of single that only really becomes listenable with the dual onset of drunkenness and sunstroke.

But, somewhat unbelievably, he's back with a track that's even less classy than its predecessor - equally, it's less classy than a pap shot of Kerry Katona re-adjusting her thong in a kebab shop window. 'Hotel Room Service' finds Pitbull slapping witless hooks ("We at the hotel, motel, Holiday Inn!"), cringe-inducing double entendres ("I'm the plumber tonight, I check your pipes") and sexist dreck ("Open up your blouse and pull that G-string down south") over a depressingly obvious sample from Nightcrawlers' 'Push The Feeling On'. Flo Rida, it seems, has a rival for the Pop Numpty of the Year crown.

His music and videos are so bad that he has to put half naked women in them so he can get attention. It really is disgracefull, I can't believe people listen to that crappy music (if we can call that music).

I agree with Nick its not music. It's rubbish and crap and I don't like Pitbull really :/ Always had to change the channel when his songs came up but thank god they don't show these anymore.

Totally w***! Nightcrawlers was a brilliant anthem and still has the cachet of one of the greatest dance hits ever. The line 'Hotel, motel, Holiday Inn' is stolen from Sugarhill Gang's 'Rappers Delight'. Not one ounce of originality in Pitbull's offereing.....abject sh**e!!

I toyally agree pitbull is a sleazy asshole i think its disgusting that hes actually allowed to make his degrading and sexist music videos, i wish he would realise that hes ugly and the women that surround him with fake boobs and no clothes are only there because he has money! The music industy could do without pitbull and his unimaginative music.

I can safely say that this is one of the worst songs in the history of recorded sound. This review is in no way too harsh, it's spot on. Anyone who thinks this is good needs to get a grip.

Catchy? Oh please, if you want catchy listen to the original song which he sampled. The only thing remotely catchy is the sample. The rest is derogatory, cringeworthy and disgraceful. Someone needs to impose a law to stop this idiot to stop inflicting the world with his music. I pity the fools who think this is good. They obviously have something wrong with them, mentally.
