While Westlife plough on with another mum-friendly cover version, JLS are here to remind us of boyband's more youthful and exuberant past. If you're in the market for ab-flashing, dance routines that walk a line between intricate and OTT, and interviews in which the words "nipple" and "tassles" just happen to fall into conversation, they're the group for you.

Younger and bendier they may be, but their second single is scarcely more cutting edge than The Loife's current offering. In fact, 'Everybody In Love' could almost have been recorded by Blue at the turn of the millennium. Mushy lyrics, breezy pop-R&B beats, a cheesy, crowd-pleasing hook ("Everybody in love, go on put your hands up")... it's all here. This isn't as good as 'Beat Again', but much like the boys themselves, it's pretty much impossible to dislike.
