i love this song :) its amazing, if leona wasnt up against such strong competition this would of gone straight to #1 ! pixie lott's boys and girls only sold 49k and went to number 1 !

Happy is a brilliant song, the intro is ace and when i first heard it gave me goosebumps! There isn't one song from leona that i don't like out of all of her songs! I can't wait to buy her album! I love leona xx

I didn't really like it at first. I thought it was quite boring and repetitive. But it really has grown on me, and it's actually a rather good, catchy song.
EMILYBEMILYB on November 10th, 2009
I love this song but definitey one of the weakest tracks on ECHO!. Echo is f-ing amazing!....Album of the year for me < Yes it's that good!. I hope when DS review echo they give it a good few listens cause it definitely deserves 5 stars!!. I Got You, Outta My Head, Brave, My Hands, Can't Breathe, Don't Let Me Down are all amazing songs!!.
RJ on November 9th, 2009
Incredible. Not the best on the album but still such a powerful emotional song. Welcome back Leona!
Venetia - Peterborough on November 9th, 2009
I love this new song - it's brilliant!!!
Jasmine on November 9th, 2009
Please Please Please, help this song get to number 1. I Think through everything in the past month with Leona this will really lift her back up knowing the UK is behind her. It is such a good song and Leona is an amazing singer. Proud to be British!
Adele, derwent on November 9th, 2009
Leonas in a league of her own. She makes any song her own. Love the song, the video is realistic but with happiness, great to watch
Will, Portsmouth on November 8th, 2009
This is seriously good. On par with 'Bleeding Love' IMO. There hasn't been 1 song yet I havent liked from Leona. Love the song intro too!
ricky, leicester on November 8th, 2009
the x factor performance was stunning...people buy this sog on itunes or a copy in stores it deserves the top spot and ca know JLS off who mimed!!
Nick London on November 8th, 2009
I say it all the time... When she is at her best and given the right song she is head and shoulders the best singer in the world. In my opinion none of the singles (including this one) have done her outstandingly beautiful voice any ounce of justice.
Ella -Nottingham on November 8th, 2009
I LOVE Leona when i heard single was coming out thought it would be brilliant! BUT i am SO dissapointed I LOVE absolutely every thing shes done before Oh leona what were u thinking
Lolly, forums on November 8th, 2009
I actually *prefer* this to Bleeding Love- mainly because I can relate to Happy more (and the video story means a lot more). Leona is fantastic, there isn't a single she's released that I haven't liked, I hope this carries on- and I agree, Leona could be our best popstar of the decade (:
Dan, Peterborough on November 8th, 2009
Very bland and quite an aon nnoying song
Jenny, Sheffield on November 8th, 2009
I loved the song but i dont think it will be one that i can listen to a hundred times in a week and not get tired of it but still 4/5 will do but if it was the voice alone it would be a 5/5
Fran on November 8th, 2009
Good song, she's always releasing great first singles.... "Happy" will be next week's UK #1.
Peter - Harlow on November 8th, 2009
Classic Leona. Great ballad, but it doesn't grab as much as 'Bleeding Love' and 'Run' did. A perfectly good record, though a very safe choice i feel as the album's lead single. The X Factor performance alone with guarantee the top spot.

tbf a talent such as leona should be admired...and guess what she is achieving number 1 in 35 countries, and having the 2008's fastest selling single and achieving and No1 album. and i think this song has alot of promise. defo think a No1. but it is not the best song i have listened to in the past year and maybe not catchy bt never the less its a good song, but any music sang by leona is bril. shes a simble of britishness in the US ;)
vic, lodon on November 6th, 2009
amazing and haters need to push off because this song is lyrically stunning and captures all the emotion
sarah, liverpool on November 5th, 2009
in MY opion shes one of the best singers around! yes the song is a bit boring and will never live up to bleeding love but hopefully it will get in the top 5, the high notes show how talented she is and she is such a sweet person and a great role model she will go far
miles pearce basingstoke on November 5th, 2009
It's a sweet song but lacks anything that gives songs like just dance or tik tok the wow factor. and yet again she is using the x factor to get another number 1.
LaToya Brixton on November 4th, 2009
Liam mate, no offense but u talkin nonsense boi. untalented? boi u must b death!!! This tuuune ain't no bleeding love, but her vocals r sick. she smacks it- all da way thru. She is blatently da best vocalist at the mo. I got massive respect for Leona. Big up girl. x
Liam Halls, London on November 4th, 2009
This song is one of the dullest songs ever made and a bunch of crap. It just shows us how untalented Leona Lewis is, she should become a drag queen and get some plastic surgery. If this gets to number one then it just shows us that people in this country have no taste in good music and they should be shot.
Alex, London on November 3rd, 2009
I love this song to bits...similar in production to 'Bleeding Love' and just as powerful with it's own originality. Leona's voice is absolutely stunning...plus she looks beautiful in the video which also has a sweet poignant storyline. I will definitely be buying this single. Love it!
Natalie from Kent on November 2nd, 2009
I adore this song but it has strong competition. I hope it gets to no 1 but a top 5 would be good. Leona's voice has gotten stronger and her image is cool. Go Leona !
naughtynick, seann william-scott's husband on November 2nd, 2009
leona's great news for the british music industry.. And yes i agree LEAVE OFF the DANNII!
Ami, Manchester on November 2nd, 2009
An AMAZING single from Leona with a very symbolic message to everyone. It's different from the songs from Spirit, so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the new material on her new album, Echo!

its bombing in USA Jack, Newcastle on November 2nd, 2009 GET OVER IT
Steve, Manchester on November 2nd, 2009
Although not an instant hit, it's a HUGE grower and, for once, a song with MEANING. Just because it's not your throwaway rubbish like Tinchy Stryder or Cheryl Cole doesn't mean it's not good!
PJ on November 2nd, 2009
Amazing song and im so happy that Leona has helped to write most of her album. She deserves all the success she gets because there is nobody who gives there all like she does
Aled, South Wales on November 2nd, 2009
I LOVE I LOVE this song.. hey its in my top itunes songs.. ive played it a full 76 times! and i'm not sick of it yet.. great ballad
jayson london on November 2nd, 2009
boring, bland, forgetable just like dull leona
Jack, Newcastle on November 2nd, 2009
Paul, it's A listed on Radio 1 amongst others, so it's hardly being 'ignored'. As for the US performance, it hasn't bombed. It hit an early peak due to the Divas and AGT performances. The promotion hasn't even started yet and the video only launched last week. Check your facts, it seems you're the one without their finger on the pulse.
Paul, London on November 2nd, 2009
This will make #1 on the back of X-Factor next week. But the fact that it's been largely ignored by radio on both sides of the pond, and has bombed in the US where there is no X-Factor for support, shows how lacklustre this is. Simon and Leona really have their fingers off the pulse with this one.
Troy, Manor Park on November 1st, 2009
great song her cant wait for her album
Brad on November 1st, 2009
It's not bad; nothing new. The vocals sound like a step back from before, they sound a little too forced or hiccupy at times. I wouldn't call her one of the best singers we've got at the moment as there are far better.
leeooonnnaaaa fan nottingham on November 1st, 2009
hey i have to say this tune is fab but do prefer bleeding love !! she is one billion times better then crappy whitney up her arse houston and that fat blob - Mariah the fatty ! they should retire and let leona and some newbies have a go !!!! tracheae rather
Aartz, Leicester on November 1st, 2009
this song is wow!! it isn't boring i think it is simply stunning..
Mila, London on November 1st, 2009
I disagree entirely with Nick Levine - "Happy" is even better than "Bleeding Love". Leona pours out a more sophisticated range of emotions on this track than she does on "Bleeding Love" - this is a song that will haunt us well into 2010 just like Leona's amazing version of "Run"
Kyle - Nottingham on October 31st, 2009
I am SO in love with this song. Her voice is so beautiful and I love the fact that she's got writing credit on this song and most of the album. Job well done I think :D
