I Blame Coco ft. Robyn: 'Caesar'
Blame her for what? Well, the obvious answer is being the spawn of Sting and Trudie Styler, having the sheer bloody gall to be launching a pop career, and then topping it all off by a singing in a deep, yelpy voice that sounds a bit like Pops's. Cripes! No wonder poor Coco's scrubbed the "Sumner" from her stage name.

Thankfully, after an early flirtation with Daddy-friendly reggae-pop, she's teamed up with Robyn's mate Klas Ahlund for this electro-rocking debut. And quite a debut it is. Coco displays oodles of moody 'tude, referencing Lord Of The Flies and hissing lines like "You're all f**king hopeless", Ahlund keeps the production as lean and fuzzy as an undernourished duckling, and Robyn herself turns up to deliver the ear-snagging chorus. The inescapable conclusion? However she got her breaks, you can't blame Coco for making the most of them.

I've had this on repeat since I heard it. This has got to be a smash hit With Coco's unique husky voice and Robyn's style it wins on so many levels. Most addictive song of the year for me.

It's grown on me a lot. Coco's voice is very interesting. Robyn was a bit of a wacky feature in my opinion, but it worked. Can't imagine it setting the charts alight but it's not too shabby.
