The stereotypical lads' night out involves pints, a pub showing the big match and - wahey! - popping down Spearmints to finish. The stereotypical ladies' night, however, is all about cocktails, gossip and handbags being dropped in the middle of the dancefloor at Bar Risa. Hmm... and this is relevant to the new Usher single why?

Well, because 'OMG' kind of feels like the masculine flip to Cheryl Cole's '3 Words', another structurally unusual will.i.am electro-house-R&B fusion - albeit one that's a bit more fresh and inventive than this. Both tracks are all about spotting a knockout on the dancefloor, but where Chez got all gooey about the love of my life", Ush is more concerned with "booty" and "boobies"- that's lads for you. (For the record, he could probably have got away with "t*ts" and "ass" if only he'd nicked Chezza's spell-it-don't-sing-it trick.)
