Miley Cyrus 'Can't Be Tamed'
The competition's about as fierce as a pussycat on Prozac, but Miley Cyrus has got to be the best Disney Channel popstar, like, evah. Think about it – she's already got a hat-trick of cracking singles to her name ('See You Again', 'Fly On The Wall', 'Party On The USA'), mastered the art of making a really quite listenable long-player (Breakout), and pulled off a big schmaltzy power ballad ('The Climb') without sacrificing her teen appeal.

What's more, she's not one for being put in a box - musically or otherwise. 'Can't Be Tamed', the title track from her upcoming third album, is a Britney-style robopop stomper with a brain-invading chorus, beats that won't take no for an answer and enough attitude to give Billy Ray a coronary. "If you try to hold me back I might explode," she sings at one point. Given what her CV already looks like at the age of 17 – seventeen! - something tells us that's no idle threat.
