Enrique Iglesias ft. Pitbull: 'I Like It'

It's been three years since his last studio album, but that hasn't stopped Enrique Iglesias from doing his best to stay Down With The Kids. In fact, with the producer-du-jour on board and a proper club banger of a chorus, his new single is a veritable mixture of all things hip 'n' trendy in the world of pop. But has Quique managed to hold onto what made him so magnifico in the first place?

Well, the verses may feature enough Auto-Tune to make Ke$ha feel vocally exposed, and the Eurodisco production courtesy of RedOne may have a hint of the Cascada to it, but it's the cheesy lyrics that ensure this stays an unmistakably Enrique affair: "Party! Karamu! Fiesta! Forever!" It's a shame, then, that the needless pilfering from Lionel Richie's 'All Night Long' turns an otherwise catchy and highly danceable pop-rave number into, quite frankly, a bit of a mess. As for Pitbull, well, this is the second house party video he's crashed in as many months. Need we say more?
