Relatively-speaking, of course, because the Rusko-produced robopop of 'XXXO' is still sonically intriguing - like a working girl on her first gig, it's sweet and scuzzy at the same time - and packed with ear-snagging lines like "I can be the actress / You be Tarantino". Oh, and what does M.I.A. sing on the hook of perhaps the most instant thing she's ever recorded? "You want me be somebody who I'm really not." We've said it before and we'll say it again...
