The latter is best exemplified by this latest single, on which Em welds brutal raps about his violently disfunctional relationship with ex-wife Kim to a catchy-as-crabs chorus crooned by the the most famous victim of domestic abuse in the world. Pretty sharp, huh? Well, as we said, he didn't call that album Recovery for nothing.
