Yes, Britain's bestest self-deprecating stud has successfully pole-vaulted himself out of depression - and it's clear his soul-searching didn't take place on our own wintry shores. Now residing among El Lay's rich, tanned and skinny - like, whatever, dude! - has he swapped those heart-tugging string-laden melodies for some candy-coated Calitastic beats?

Well, not quite, but this is certainly a change of pace for the man who was forever banging on about his inability to win over that special filly. In fact, 'Stay The Night' is a chirpy little ditty that skips along like a schoolgirl who's just been given a gold star - and with the aid of powerhouse producer Linda Perry, the end result is warm, uplifting and as appealing as a pitcher of gin 'n' juice on the beach.
