For while 'Go Outside' begins with a pretty glockenspiel melody, and its chorus is as warm, sweet and sticky as a fresh-baked flapjack, there's so much reverb behind Madeline Follin's child-like vocals that it's hard not to feel slightly unsettled while being charmed by its dreamy retro-pop stylings. In fact, this might just approximate the effect of listening to a long lost 1960s classic after smoking a doobie - call it Stoned Motown, if you will.
