Flo Rida ft. Sia: 'Wild Ones' - Single review

We don't normally spare thought for the guest feature on a Flo Rida single. But in this case, it's difficult not to, given that the singer in question is Aussie chanteuse Sia - a brilliant but painfully shy 36-year-old bisexual who, despite her lukewarm success, is regularly lauded by critics for her pop sensibilities. She's not your average rapping accomplice, but then this isn't your average Flo Rida single either.

That said, we can't help but feel a little disappointed in her. The day we thought we'd hear the same woman who purred over Zero 7's 'Destiny' announce "I wanna shut down the club with you" over a generic 4/4 beat was a day we also imagined flaming meteors obliterating the Earth. Nonetheless, we're all still here; and so is Flo - and while he brazenly struts his stuff as per, Sia valiantly plucks up the courage to save this from being another international disaster.
