He won the X Factor, released a successful first album and single but then Shayne Ward seemed to disappear into oblivion. But if you'd given up hope on seeing him release any new material then you can rest assured, because you're about to hear his second attempt to win over fans.
Shayne's got a tough job ahead of him to prove he can make good pop music, especially as everyone has been waiting so long to hear what he's made of. Happily, with the first single from his second album, 'If That's Okay With You', he moves away from the boring ballads that featured heavily on his first LP and goes for a more upbeat number. The song is a chirpy pop track that isn't awe-inspiring but it's catchy and is sure to get his die hard fans reaching for the shelves. His voice is a bit too high-pitched in places but the backing beats and underlying tune glide him through.
Overall it's a nice pop number that's a good attempt at starting Ward's comeback. Although a lot of girls will like his sexy look in the accompanying video, just be warned he's not quite mastered the dance moves just yet.

This song has grown on me over the weeks. At first I didn't get the point of the chip munk bit but once you get past it you see the rhythm is bouncy and easy to listen to. I think its better than Thats my Goal but not as good as No promises.Its a good comeback song to be honest.

Love this song i must say, except for the chip munks which i find slightly annoying, sure he could of got better backing singers than alvin, einstein and theadore . His dancin is good in some parts but does make me laugh when he shuffles backwards at one point.
i love this new song and his dancing aint bad but he makes up for it with his looks is it jst me or has he came back even more gawjus that before
I like it, but the song and even the video feels like a Justin Timberlake rip off. I will buy the song though.
I'm a big fan of Shayne and am well impressed with his new song. After being away so long I was concerned that he wouldn't win his fans back but now I am pleased and 100% sure he will... I love it!
Awful, just awful song. How can you even give that 3 stars? Must try harder Shane Ward.
