Cascada: 'What Hurts The Most'
We don't think anyone really needs another euro-dance floorfiller, but when they come along, well, we're up there with the best of 'em dropping our handbags and two-stepping along. German dance sensations (it's not everyday you write those words) Cascada are the latest act to tempt us to the dancefloor with their computerised beats and they don't fail in their mission.

It's not as good as previous single 'Everytime We Touch' for sure, but its teasing, lucid intro, which bursts into the hand-clap-inducing, hip-swiveling chorus after a flurry of robotic drum beats is certainly a good giggle. There's the added festive bonus of a cover of Wham!'s 'Last Christmas' as a B-side, which is probably the stupidest and simultaneously best seasonal offering of 2007. With lots of sleigh bells, cheap synth effects and more Christmas cheer than a screening of The Snowman, it should get you boogie-ing round the tree after a few too many champagne truffles and leave you feeling a bit naughty afterwards.
