Nevertheless, 'Love Is A Losing Game' can't help affirming what we already know about Winehouse, that her self-destructive tendencies come hand-in-hand with a magnificent songwriting talent and the best British soul voice of her generation. A rich, teary-eyed ballad that evokes images of fag smoke, empty vodka bottles and smudged mascara, it's perhaps the most heartbreaking thing she's ever recorded. Amy Winehouse, our hearts go out to you.

I agree - great song, sung from the heart.

Love this song, defo my fave Ms. Winehouse song. It's such a heartfelt song, and I hope amy realises how wonderfully talented she is and pulls herself together.

What I find fasinating, is how one human can take their personal experiences, convey it in music, writing or art and in its simplest form it speaks into what so many of us have been or is going through! I love this song and applaud Amy on this one. Now lets see if some how we all can move from mastering the art of conveying messages and strat mastering both the games of LOVE & LIFE
