Paramore: 'Misery Business'

'Misery Business' is the perfect embodiment of Paramore's slick, effective style. Williams' snarling lyrics - "But I got him where I want him now, it was never my intention… to steal him all away from you now" goes the chorus – are a million miles away from the likes of "Hey, hey, you, you, I wanna be your girlfriend". In fact, she brings some genuine girl power to the world of rock. This single showcases a band with more bite than the average pansy indie group and a better grasp of melody and rock dynamics than most of the post-Libertines rabble that the UK music scene has produced.

Fantastic song, I agree lyrics are great and so honest. This song is catchy but still has got a real rock bite to it

Paramore = awesome. It's a shame they felt the need to rerelease the song but I hope it does well.
