I believe that the reviewer is a moron. If you try and say what I think, at least get it right. I also don't like the way you generalise 'us'. Before attempting another review, you should change your attitude and writing style, it's clearly not working for you. Anyway, the song is very good. Obviously not the best Feeder song, but it is definitely a good song. Your review gets 1 out of 5 for being the biggest load of drivel I have ever had the misfortune to read. However, I will give you an extra star for being a t**t and not being ashamed of it, as well as providing me with some entertaining material to laugh... i mean read. The song on the other hand gets 5/5, because you're a c**t.

this review is a load of rubbish this idiot obviously has never listened to feeder properly kind of stupid as he says they've had many brilliant, popular hits and then says they're basically rubbish and have no personality? yes alex fletcher, that's why everyone buys the albums, because they're 'dreary' and 'stodgy' feeder are a brilliant band and everyone should 'blow our hard earned cash on them' because they're incredibly talented good to see other people think you're an idiot too im giving 5 stars for the band, not the review

totally and utterly disagree ok maybe it isn't pure "starting out again" Feeder but at least this song shows they are not affraid to go back to the rockier sound but they don't want to lose the fanbase won over by Comfort In Sound / Pushing The Senses so will become the band they were gradually... never forget that two of the last tracks released (abeilt only online for the second one) were "Lost & Found" and " Miss You" - two outstanding tracks their is life left in the band yet , mark my words!

Well i personally love the new song and cant wait for the delivery of the new album. No pizazz or personality? What because they arent in the tabloids for snorting cocaine? You dont need to be coked up to be interesting. The band always come across as likeable, down to earth and real...unlike many in the charts. Id like to know what this chap does like, id guess it has no originality and isnt ground breaking! What a prat!

This reviewer is nothing more and nothing less than one more idiot... I don't like his empathy at all! And by the way he has to listen to the whole album to see that the band's sound has changed from the previous albums. Feeder were-are-and will be the best, f*** the critics!!!

What? What? WHAT???? I think the reveiwer must have been listening to Lou Reed or "Songs For Suicidal Reviewers" because if this song is "Predictable" and "Dreary" then i think that he's in the wrong job. Yeah i agree it's not the best thing on Silent Cry but it's an amazing track non-the-less. And in terms of "Pizazz" and "Personality" it seem dear Alex you must then think that Liam Gallagher is a priest....because having met Grant and the band a number of times i can tell you they have more personality than you have reviewing talent. Do me a favour? Go back home.....visit HMV and buy a bunch of decent CD's because if you think this song is only worth two stars then you're favourite artist must be the Kids From Fame or High School Musical.....but never mind....at least you're getting piad for being not only a bad reviewer but a dumbass too!

The song is damn amazing. Don't read this s**t review. For the reviewer: If you don't like this, why don't you go to buy the latest Rihanna's single? Maybe it's the only kind of music you really deserve to listen. You think it's not "sonically uplifting" so what do you think this means exactly????

well done alex fletcher, for prooving just how much the music press tries to down feeder. IMO this song is a slow burner, it requires more than one listen to get into and thus isn't the best single choice under normal circumstances, but that leads to why it was circulated so much earlier than its release date. This tune is a pure example of infectious britrock... something feeder so better than anyone else. feeder may not be the coolest thing since the arctic monkeys, but graft away at a record and always put out a complete effort, trust me when i say that this album will be no different, and WATP is perfectly suited as a precursor to the album... first on the album, first on the shelves. ps - thank god they dont care about people from the press like yourself, because if feeder packed in we'd have no mainstreem rock act to fill the hole

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with DS, not only is We Are The People an amazing song (yes I admit I didn't like it at first, but it is one of those songs that grows on you), it is also an amazing song which I have now heard live. Bring on the album!

This song is excellent, as is the rest of the new album. Having seen them live a number of times I agree with Ed, they are one of the best bands around. Why do people continue to refer to them as 'the Welsh trio' when only one of them is Welsh. Do your research!
Ed, Kent on June 1st, 2008
Feeder are one of the best bands I've ever heard. This is clearly a biased opinion and you shouldn't use the term "rest of us". The song is brilliant, a little bit slow, but you know that when Feeder want to rock, they certainly will.

Excellent song from an excellent album. I dont think anything can touch previous tracks such as 'Comfort In Sound', 'Feeling A Moment' and 'Just A Day' but damn, it sure comes close!
