Jonas Brothers: 'SOS'
Unfailingly wholesome, effortlessly tuneful and good-looking in the least threatening way imaginable, the Jonas Brothers are essentially The Osmonds for the Disney Channel era. Having already won over the States with their perky pop/rock sounds, they're now setting their sights on the tweenagers of the UK.

To that end, 'SOS' does its job very well, offering two-and-a-half minutes of catchy guitar-pop with all the bite of a new-born baby. There isn't enough here to warrant pulling the expression "guilty pleasure" out the bag, but this is infinitely more palatable than anything Miley Cyrus has ever given us. It's good, clean fun for people who find McFly a bit rough round the edges.

oh my goodness :O a horrible song! the thing that vexes me the most is that they think that tey are cool and great musicians but i think they should look in the mirror and realise that they are not great, just popstar wannabe

Firstly JP, you need to seek some medical advise and possibly medication for your inability to see the possitivity in anything, how can you dislike Leona, a woman that is currently proving to the world that we Brits do it just as well as the Americans, and how you can compare this band of 3 disneyesque stars to such a massive talent is beyond me. These boys are mediocre at best, another money making ploy from the musical powers that (shouldn't) be!

I'm gonna be genourous and give it and three because it gets better after a few listens and the middle one is HOT :) But JP comparing these to Leona Lewis :X Shame on you, they haven't got a #1 to their name, Leona is a superstar.

This band will never be successful in the UK, especially since they covered 'year 3000' and what i go to school for' by Busted - songs that made them big in the USA. They got the success that Busted deserved.

Yuk. I hate it. It's a song with a minus value rating. This is chasing a market that doesn't exist too much in the UK anymore thankfully. It will have limited appeal and success. Saying that I have enough contempt for the UK record buying public to know that deep down this will probably do well. I mean - come on Leona Lewis???
