Donna Summer: 'I'm A Fire'
If Madonna can get down 'n' dirty with Justin Timberlake at 49, and Cyndi Lauper can release the first dance album of her career at 54, why can't Donna Summer launch a comeback at 59? She clearly means business too, hiring the people who make hits for Kylie, Shakira and Rihanna to update her sound for new album Crayons.

Sadly, lead single 'I'm A Fire' is a disappointing reintroduction to the original disco queen. Summer's voice is in fine fettle, if a little throatier than you might recall, but this aimless, slightly dated house workout - complete with the inevitable Latin breakdown - never quite sparks into life. Fans should console themselves with the knowledge that there's plenty of better stuff on the album.

I disagree with your comment about Donna Summer I'm A Fire. This song is great among many of the other great songs on the album Crayons.
