That's a bit of a shame, because what 'Who'd Of Known' lacks in grammatical accuracy it makes up for in sweet, tender electroballady goodness. It's a song about a relationship that takes Lily by surprise by actually going pretty well. "Who'd have known that when you flash up on my phone I'd no longer feel alone", she sings on the chorus, which, in case you were wondering, does sound rather like 'Shine'.
We're really enjoying all four of Lily's new songs, actually, but there's one thing that's troubling us slightly. Lily recently revealed she's calling her new album Stuck On The Naughty Step, in reference to Supernanny of course, and 'Who'd Of Known' is probably the first song in pop history to name-check A Place In The Sun. Hmm... Is Miss Allen becoming obsessed with Channel 4's factual entertainment output? And, if so, has she seen Personal Services Required yet?
What do you think of 'Who'd Of Known'? Are you looking forward to Lily's new album? Use the space below to have your say.

If Helen wishes to be a critic of Allen's use of English then she really should look at her own first :)

I love Lily, I think she's a fun and genuine person! I have seen her live and her music is actually wittingly charming! And I feel that the title 'Who'd of known' is most probably an intentional error..

hmmm i think she's a bit overrated and then to admit that she ripped the chorus of another song but then couldnt be bothered with the paperwork is a bit tactless. she's talentless in my view.

I hope that the fact she got this sentence so ignorantly wrong make people realise what an idiot she is

Please leave poor Lily alone! If you haven't noticed she has been going through some tough times lately. It's hard enough to cope with these things, let alone have cameras in your face every moment of the day waiting for you to mess up so they can tell the whole world. And also unlike most artists Lily writes her music, not studio producers. And the songs actually have something to do with her life. And also Lily is a truthfull person... I rather have her admit that she's lazy instead of giving some excuse.
