A couple of weeks ago we lamented the fact that 'The One', the fourth single from Kylie's X album, was about to flop spectacularly. As we wrote it was languishing at #100 on the midweek charts, but it managed to rally a bit as the week went on and eventually climbed to #36 - slightly less embarrassing, but still low enough to make it Kylie's worst performing single ever.

At the time we blamed its disappointing chart performance on two whopping great holes in the release campaign: the lack of a CD single and the lack of a video. Many of you seemed to agree. Well, two weeks to the day that 'The One' was released, the video has finally appeared. It probably didn't take more than a few hours to shoot, and it's not exactly 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' in terms of production values, but all things considered it's quite a nice little video.
