Take That's winning streak continues

The lyrics aren't exactly original, but lines like "Stay close to me, watch the world come alive tonight..." sound pretty good as Gary Barlow sings them, strings swelling and piano chords pounding behind him. Howard, Jason and Mark, meanwhile, are on harmony duties.
Interestingly, 'Greatest Day' is scheduled for release on November 24 - the same day as Britney's 'Womanizer' comes out. This has got to be the chart battle of the year, right?
What do you think of 'Greatest Day'? Can it beat Britney's 'Womanizer' to number one? Use the space below to have your say.

Womanizer is a lot better and a lot catchier(sp?) but take that are take that so they'll probably get No.1 unfortunately

Well... I'm lovin' Britney's comeback single and the video is super hot, however i have to say i think Take That will triumph simply due to popularity. I prefer Womanizer to Greatest Day. What a shame they are released on the same day, i was hoping for a 6th UK no.1 single for Britney, but i suppose there's always the next single...

I heard Greatest Day this moring. Its a lively feel good song which should beat Britney to number one no problem.

Britney deserves the No. 1 spot after everything that's happened to her over the past couple of years (even though she may have brought some of it on herself!). Britney's song kicks ass, and it may even be better than Toxic!

Interestingly, they clash with Britney on several counts; 1. Single released same day 2. Album released a week later - the same day! 3. Album titles; Britney "Circus" - Take That "The Circus" - how weird is that?! Ste

Loved it. Love the way that Take That continually evolve musically, they have never been satisfied to churn out bland middle of the road music, and this latest offering shows that TT are as good as ever.

I dont think britney will be able to beat take that as the lads have a massive fan base and they are all very loyal who have stuck with them from day one to now so britney has a challenge on her hands
