April, London on June 25th, 2009
Keri hilson for the top spot soon please.
Michael, UK on June 24th, 2009
Really want Florence and the Machine to crack the top ten, but not sure it's going to happen now.
Adam, Dublin on June 24th, 2009
Basement Jaxx are long overdue a number one single! 'Raindrops' would be the perfect one.. Hope it gets there over the next few weeks!
Parallellovers, somewhere in the uk on June 24th, 2009
It is clear that the Saturdays are not doing as well as there record company would want. They will be dropped soon.
J, UK on June 23rd, 2009
yes, bulletproof number 1!!!! i hope boom boom pow stays in the top 3! and veronicas in top 10 get hush hush hush hush out of the charts!
Thomas, Bournemouth on June 23rd, 2009
What about the Noisettes "Never forget you", Kings of Leon "Notion", James Morrison "Nothing ever hurt like you" and Florence + Machine?
Ravena, UK on June 23rd, 2009
Yay! GaGa is climbing! I hate Elly Jackson's personality but her songs are catchy...
Ali, Surbiton on June 23rd, 2009
I really hope Paparazzi gets into the top 5 and is eventually #1 How are Lenka and Noisettes doing? The Show and Never Forget You are excellent songs
Z on June 23rd, 2009
I cannot understand all the hype of that song, it's awful. And arghh!! Jordin's song is amazing, that deserves #1.
. on June 23rd, 2009
I'm sorry but wth? Bulletproof should not be number 1, who is buying this!? There are so much better songs out there, kelly should stay number 1. Noisettes-never forget you and Pcd - hush hush are much better.
Miles Pearce, Basingstoke on June 23rd, 2009
la roux SHOULD NOT be no 1. kelly rowland should be. hope the saturdays and gaga keep climbing and i think sophie ellis bexter should make top 5 by sunday. PALOMA FAITH UPDATE PLEASE
Samantha, London on June 23rd, 2009
So glad about La Roux! But what about the Noisettes and the Pussycat Dolls
Andrea, London on June 23rd, 2009
What about the Pussycat Dolls- Hush Hush; Hush Hush.
One&Only X on June 23rd, 2009
You see the BBC always get it wrong. I can't believe they came fifth in the Sound poll and Little Boots (who's album fell from 5-40 this week) came first. Bulletproof is better song than In For The Kill but I feel next week Cascada will be number one.
Adam, Ireland on June 23rd, 2009
Yes! Bulletproof wel deserves to be number one. I've loved it for a few months now. I hope Jordin climbs by Sunday into the top ten though.
Nick B, Bournemouth on June 23rd, 2009
Not keen on Bulletproof at all. Would much rather see Kelly/David stay at number 1. Shame about Jordin slipping but sure this will climb back up on physical release. Still not betting against a top 5 position for Battlefield. The Saturdays seem to be making quite slow progress with Work - I reckon this could be their first to miss the top 10 despite it being one of the best tracks on the album...
Tim Pardngton, UK on June 23rd, 2009
Love the La Roux song.
Amber, Manchester on June 23rd, 2009
I love Florence & The Machine, I've been listening to them for ages now, glad she's getting some recognition she's a brilliant singer and is amazing to watch live!
Alex, Streatham on June 23rd, 2009
La Roux deserve their massive success. They are a good band with a strong identity and their music is original in a musically formulaic climate. They conjure up brilliant images of all the best 80s bands and the lead singer’s ‘Annie Lennox circa Eurythmics’ androgynous look is refreshing for a generation raised on silicone. La Roux for number one! Sophie and The Freemasons do not deserve to be top ten, the song is average and very similar to Kylie’s ‘The one’. Sophie’s finished. Lady Ga Ga is headed in the right direction. Whatever your opinion on Lady Ga Ga, you cannot deny that she knows how to write a catchy pop song with a killer chorus and Paparazzi is just that. Combine that with her knowing references to celebrity culture and her individual style and you have all the makings of a hit! She’s a clever woman who knows exactly what she’s doing. So if you don’t like her then don’t listen. Sophie will be dropped by Christmas so enjoy her while she lasts!
James, Watford on June 23rd, 2009
so pleased for La Roux. thought this might get to no.1, looks like they will stay there by sunday. i know Elly Jackson has a bit of an attitude sometimes but there's no denying how brilliant the music is. some people might not like them, but enough clearly love them to get them to the top of the charts! i can't wait for the album. looking ahead, i so hope Paparazzi reaches no.1 - after Bulletproof there doesn't seem to be any no.1 contenders about for a few weeks, so maybe the path will be cleared! who knows
Ols on June 23rd, 2009
Hurrah - loved Bulletproof immediately when I heard it aaaaages ago. Have played it to death since then, so really pleased it's heading for number one, particularly after In For The Kill just missed out. Album will surely be a number one too.
Dan, Hunstanton on June 23rd, 2009
i don't like bullet proof and think David Guetta & Kelly Rowland song when love takes over should stay a number one come on everyone download it!!
Paul, Bristol on June 23rd, 2009
Oops. Read it wrong. Silly me
Paul, Bristol on June 23rd, 2009
La Roux fever is set to hit the charts! I fully expect Bulletproof to be #1 come Sunday, but surely I'm seeing things with In For The Kill back up to second again?
Oli, Leeds on June 23rd, 2009
La Roux so deserve number 1!! Bulletproof is amazing, and it is looking good for their album next week! I hope The Saturdays climb higher and reach the top 10 by next week :) Ooh and Sophie EB really deserves to be top 10, its the song of the year so far imo!
