Loads of cracking remixes have been landing in our inbox lately - with reworked offerings from Kelly Rowland and Ladyhawke making it all the way to B-side of the Week status - and the trend shows no sign of abating. Though we're still pretty obsessed with the various different versions of 'When Love Takes Over', earlier this week we set aside some time to check out the remixes to 'The Girl And The Robot', Röyksopp's collaboration with fellow Scando-popper Robyn.

It's already the standout track from the Norwegian duo's current album Junior, so how much can a remix really improve it? Well, with seven different reworkings available on the download bundle, there's bound to be something to get your pulse racing. Our pick comes from Berlin-based knob-twiddler Jean Elan, whose six-minute edit turns the track into a pulsating dancefloor stomper that will you leave you ga... ga... gasping for air. Phew!

The full version's available on the 'Girl And The Robot' download bundle, out Monday, but for now here's a 60-second sample:
