By the way, the most popular Jacko tune on iTunes at the moment is neither 'Billie Jean' nor 'Thriller', but 'Man In The Mirror'. Bit of a surprise that, don't you think?

I now want Michael Jackson at the top instead of La Roux. I think all of his singles should be a joint #1 very soon.

man in the mirror is my favourite Michael Jackson song, although i thought thriller would be the most popular on iTunes.. i love the Lady GaGa song, her best yet, and i LOVE the saturdays. i dont really think much of La Roux though..

I'm hoping MsGaga, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and one Jordin Sparks will do well, cause I love their songs ^_^ Not too keen on La Roux, or The Saturdays to be honest. It'd be a bit silly though, if Michael Jackson invaded the top 40...God, let new artists have a chance - he's already a "legend" and all most artists in the charts are quite new and trying to establish themselves!

Sunday's Top 40 is going to be historic...currently 45 of itunes top 100 songs are MJ/J5 songs. Just how many can he get in the top 40..10, 20? And on the album chart- he could easily have the top 5. Some big drops for other artists but MJ is going to rule the chart this weekend. I hate Man in the Mirror...

Can we have a Saturday update because of this! Please! RIP Michael Jackson, I hope La Roux stay number 1!

Jacko will dominate the charts next week. RIP MJ, you were an inspiration to millions.

Come on GaGa really hope she can climb even higher in the coming weeks its not released properly for 1 more weeks so shes got time to bag a 3rd number one! Its actually my favourite from the album... Hope Jordin and Saturdays do better and Im loving Sophies new one as well! RIP MJ you worked it mate

I think pretty much everyone already has Thriller and Billie Jean, compared to Man in the Mirror. I would not be surprised if he stops La Roux getting number 1 considering how fast it has shot up itunes.

I hope 'Work' manages to climb higher before Sunday.

i think part of the reason Man In The Mirror is proving more popular than Jacko's 'bigger' hits since last night might be that Moyles played it this morning on Radio 1 just after 8, which is a prime time, and it got a huge reaction from many of the millions of listeners. i dunno, just guessing

Not really surprised that Man In The Mirror is the most popular. When Diana Vickers sang it on X Factor it was the highest charting original of any artist to return to the chart . . at the time of course . . then came Listen!!! Also cause it's such a slow and kinda poignant song I think people buying that 2 kinda mourn him . . . I can't imagine to many people grieving Jacko moon walking round the kitchen to Thriller or Billy Jean!!!

I'm starting with the man in the mirror, I'm asking him to change his ways....Jordin deserves to be doing better than she is....Lady Gaga is vile and I am sick of seeing her fugly face, hearing her grating voice and the fact that as much as I hate her she can write an infectiously catchy tune!
Simon, Brighton on June 26th, 2009
I really hope that Man In The Mirror get's a real push out of respect to the legend. Would be great to see Jacko have a post-humous number one.

gaga top 5 yeah u go girl and the saturdays are climbing slowly hopes it makes top 10 by next week. Sophie has slipped out of top ten, disapointing, download this as it's not getting as much airplay as it desrves.

Week you have failed to mention Basement Jaxx ('Raindrops' is a shade outside the top 20 - Nick.)
