Update: Shakira, Sugababes, Taylor Swift

Truth be told it's not the most exciting week chart-wise, but here's how everyone's getting on today.
Taio Cruz is still in the lead, but David Guetta and Akon have leapfrogged Jay-Z and Alicia to reclaim second position.
A-whooo! There's a 'She Wolf' in the top five again.
Kings of Leon continue to benefit from the X Factor effect, with 'Sex On Fire' just outside the top ten and 'Use Somebody' just inside the top 20.
It's a case of onwards and upwards for Basshunter's 'Every Morning', which has now cracked the top 15.
"Sugababes" update: 'Get Sexy' has bounced back into the top 15, while Jade Ewen's 'My Man' has slipped out of the top 30.
Taylor Swift's 'You Belong To Me' continues to inch forward and is now a couple of places inside the top 30.
Over on the albums chart, the top three is still a Madge - Muse- Dizzee affair.

"Sugababes" update: 'Get Sexy' has bounced back into the top 15, while Jade Ewen's 'My Man' has slipped out of the top 30." If that doesn't tell their management something then nothing will. They have made a mistake. Dump Jade and get Keisha back.

Oh yep, that David Guetta and Akon are on the trail with Taio Cruz in the top two, but that means Basement Jaxx and Sam Sparro are on the way to the number one spot the week after with 'Feelings Gone' giving Sparro's first chart-topper, but at the moment it looks like Taio Cruz is stuck inside the number one spot with 'Break Your Heart'. La Roux's 'I'm Not Your Toy' will trail outside the top 15 in next week's chart, that Lady GaGa will move in to the top ten with 'LoveGame' and but let's hope the Americans get a brand new chart-topper too. For a long while, the Black Eyed Peas have been at number one for 24 weeks in America, dislodging Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and Jay Sean off number one.

I think it is a shame that Jade Ewens debut solo single has been overshadowed by her joining the sugababes cause it is actually a really catchy song!! Happy about everything else although Taylor Swift should be higher!!

David Guetta & Akon still at no.2! wow, that song does get a lot of hate but clearly many people must love it for it to still be doing so well, especially in amongst all the big songs that have been released recently.
