All the interesting stuff's happening outside the top ten this week, don't you think? Anyway, that thought registered, let's get down to business.

Taio Cruz is still holding off David 'n' Akon and Jay-Z 'n' Alicia at the top.

Temper Trap's 'Sweet Disposition' has climbed into the top ten, while Deadmau5's 'Ghosts 'N Stuff' has cracked the top 20.

Also on the up is Jordin Sparks's 'SOS', now a kitten's whisker outside the top 20, and The Veronicas' '4ever', which has moved into the top 25.

There's good news for La Roux too - 'I'm Not Your Toy' has finally entered the top 40! However, there's still no sign of Natalie Imbruglia's 'Want'.

Over on the albums chart, Paramore continue to fight off Madonna at the top. The Paloma Faith album, meanwhile, is on course for a top 15 debut.
