Anyone for a new Cheryl Cole song?

Girls Aloud have always been generous with B-sides - 'Memory Of You' and their 'Megamix' are two of our flipside picks of the year - and it seems Cheryl Cole is just as keen to give us something extra on her first solo offering, 'Fight For This Love'.
In contrast to the sleek synths and R&B-ish beats of the A-side, 'Didn't I' is a tender, piano-led ballad that - having listened to her upcoming album Three Words in full - is probably the closest she gets to her Girls Aloud origins. It's subtle and understated, but Cheryl gets the thumbs up for delivering the melody with genuine conviction.
The full version is available on the 'Fight For This Love' CD single, out Monday, but thanks to our friends over at Polydor here's an exclusive preview:

Hey Rossi from liverpool. It sounds like Kelis's Song Little star. I was thinking exactly the same when I heard it. Song was terrible and so was the singing. If she was auditioning last night she would have been voted off, before the twins lol

I absolutely love this song, it shows how deep cheryl can go into a song, i would love to hear this with rest of girls, but it won't compare to the original, and it should've deffinetly should've been on the album and should be a single.

i really like it, i think it could be a really good song although i like cheryl i think she needs 2 chill a bit, shes in danger of getting serious mover exposure-shes everywhere! anyone remember when the spice girls did everything n everyone adored them, they cud do no wrong etc etc but then ppl got sick of them n turned against them...then geri left as soon as she realised this n then it all fell apart.....cud go badly wrong for her. at least Nadine is doing it in style n giving people just little bits here and there to keep them interested and get them excited for her solo album

I am a GA fan, however I would not be buying this album,Very disappointing however not altoghether surprising as Cheryl isn't the strongest singer, It sounds boring, nothing special, a pathetic attempt at a solo career that obviously isn't going to amount to much, kind of makes me think of Victoria Beckham's attempt at a solo career, that didn't go so well either.

I agree Gena, if the song was judged on merit alone it would be mark the start of another failed solo career. The thing is anything related to the X-Faxtor tend to attract a rather rabid following (I've seen people scrap for tickets to a JLS concert and it's not pretty, this off the back of 1 single at the time!) and Cheryl Cole has some pretty devoted fans since becoming the tabloid-dubbed 'Nation's Sweetheart'. Agree though, the song sucks and I think Cheryl is simply riding off the back of her success on the X Factor to launch a solo career when she clearly doesn't have the talent for it. All credit to her though, she's done very well for herself as a 'singer'/singing judge when she evidently can't sing particularly well herself.

Wow. Some of the people on here seriously need a life. OMG OMG OMG It's Brill! OMG OMG!! Calm the f*** down. Her voice is terrible and this will probably be her last album solo because she sucks. Ashley sucks. Girls Aloud suck. And her solo career majorly sucks big balls.
