Anyone for a new Scissor Sisters song?

Feeling a bit "meh" about the Scissor Sisters comeback? Well, they've posted a track from their new album on their official site and we guarantee it will crank your excitement levels up a few notches. In short, it's a Pet Shop Boys-meets-Frankie Goes To Hollywood disco ballad that features Sir Ian Mckellen... And no, we're not joking.

'Invisible Light' opens with the rather ominous "At the doors of Babylon / You are my Zion," before building to a chorus so irresistible that if it doesn't make you want to get up and dance, we'll eat our asscrack-ravaged spandex disco pants. As you'd expect from a Stuart Price collaboration, it's approximately as '80s as Joan Collins's dress sense, but we're happy to report that it sounds unmistakably Scissor Sisters-ish with it. If you haven't heard it yet, click here to give yourself a mid-afternoon treat.
