Honestly, today's midweeks bulletin is so big and meaty you're going to need a double Pepto-Bismol after munching your way through it. Enjoy!

US rapper B.o.B. is on course to make his debut single 'Nothin' On You' a transatlantic chart-topper.
His nearest competition? Jason Derulo's 'Ridin' Solo' at two and Alexandra Burke's 'All Night Long' at three.
Good news for Gossip Girl fans! Taylor Momsen's 'The Pretty Reckless' are two spots outside the top ten with 'Make Me Wanna Die'.
Alicia Keys' 'Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart' has climbed into the top 15, while Rihanna's 'Te Amo' is a couple of places behind.
Christina Aguilera's 'Not Myself Tonight' is still inside the top 20... just.
Muse's 'Neutron Star Collision', Sean Kingston's 'Eenie Meenie' and Keane's 'Stop For A Minute' are all between the 30 and 35 posts.
Over on the albums chart, the Rolling Stones are on course to score an eleventh UK No.1, with Faithless and LCD Soundsystem providing the closest competition.
Sadly, the completely brilliant Kelis LP is currently languishing between the 30 and 35 posts.
