Anyone for a bit of Rob 'n' Gaz?

Published Thursday, Aug 26 2010, 17:20 BST | By Robert Copsey | 4 comments
Of all the places for Rob and Gaz to bump into each other, outside a laundromat in middle America wouldn't have been our first guess. The long-awaited duet from the Take That lads may not be your typical Get-Up-Off-Your-Stools-For-The-Key-Change boyband number, but as they prove here, they've grown beyond such old-fashioned notions. With a Brokeback Mountain theme and plenty of bear-hugging action going on, we're not only convinced that their reconciliation is genuine, but also feeling quietly optimistic that the boys' bromance could last beyond the initial reunion hype. Hit "play" below and prepare to awwwww:

Anyone else disappointed that they didn't literally kiss and make up at the end?

song is nothing special, cringeworthy video; if this song is supposed to set us up for the Take That reunion then I'm not interested anymore.

it does come to an awful anti-climax, everything up to the stripping of tops is great but as soon the microphones come out, it's become tacky, looking like a karaoke night.someone in the video, one of them should've invited the other into their tent or something, in the same slow mo way they look at each other - let the faces do the talking y'know? it would mean it would be a much more credible video, and the brokeback mountain-esque theme wouldn't feel like a poor knock-off.and yes, a kiss would be a brilliant sign of true devotion to Take That, so i was very disappointed because it builds up to practially nothing.
