If you're one for nibbling away at your nails when nervous, you might want to sit on your hands before you read today's midweeks bulletin.

Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' is on course for No.1, but it's a mere 254 - yes, 254 - copies ahead of Bruno Mars's 'Grenade'.
Jessie J's 'Do It Like A Dude' is right behind, with Wretch 32's debut single 'Traktor' and Diddy - Dirty Money's 'Coming Home' completing the top five.
Aggro Santos and Kimberley Walsh, meanwhile, are right behind them with 'Like You Like'.
JLS's 'Eyes Wide Shut' is a place inside the top ten, Britney Spears's 'Hold It Against Me' is a place outside, and Jodie Connor's 'Now Or Never' is two behind that.
Tinchy Stryder and Melanie Fiona's 'Let It Rain' is now a kitten's whisker off the top 30.
Over on the albums chart, Bruno Mars in course to debut at No.1 with Doo Wops & Hooligans, with White Lies' Ritual just behind and Rihanna's Loud, Plan B's Strickland Banks and Ellie Goulding's Lights completing the top five.
Tinie Tempah, meanwhile, has bounced back to #6 with Disc-Overy following his Brits nominations success.
Right-oh, that's it for today, so you can let the blood start flowing to your fingertips again now.
