Update: Bruno, Adele, Jodie, Avril, Taio

Well, the weekend's winking at us like one of those ladies in short skirts round the back of Kings Cross station, but we still reckon we can squeeze in one last update from the midweeks. Lovely chaps here, aren't we?

Bruno Mars is still holding Adele into second position, and Jessie J continues to cling onto third, but Diddy - Dirty Money and Wretch 32 have flip-flopped for fourth and fifth respectlvely.

Britney Spears remains right outside the top five... with Aggro Santos and Kimberley Walsh eyeing up her behind.

JLS have inched forward a spot since yesterday, but Jodie Connor remains two off the top ten.

Tinchy Stryder and Melanie Fiona have climbed to right outside the top 25, while Avril Lavigne is now just one away from the top 30.

The Kylie-assisted single version isn't out until January 30, but Taio Cruz's 'Higher' has already cracked the top 40 on downloads of the album original featuring Travie McCoy.

There's no change at the business end of the albums chart, with Bruno Mars continuing to preside over a top five comprising White Lies, Rihanna, Plan B and Ellie Goulding in that order.

So, do we reckon it's all over for Adele... or might there be a minor chart miracle come Sunday evening? If it's crossable, you might want to cross it.
