When rumours of new Kate Bush material hit the web, we must admit that we didn't hold our breath. With her last record Aerial coming out in 2005 and The Red Shoes hitting shelves when we were still in short trousers, we didn't want to get our hopes up!
Then we got official confirmation, but with a sting in the tail! Instead of proper newies, Kate is holding the line with Director's Cut, a collection of reworked tracks from 1989's The Sensual World and 1993's The Red Shoes.
Below you can listen to lead single 'Deeper Understanding' (released tomorrow!), as well the rather prescient original version for a bit of compare and contrast.
