A US man has told his wife that an explicit photograph she found of him on his iPhone was down to a technical glitch, reports Metro.
The man's wife Susan posted on Apple's technical support forums after she discovered a picture of her husband's genitals in his sent box.
"Please help! I took my husband's iPhone and found a raunchy picture of him attached to an e-mail to a woman in his sent e-mail file," she wrote.
"When I approached him about this (I think that he is cheating on me) he admitted that he took the picture but says that he never sent it to anyone.
"He claims that he went to the Genius Bar at the local Apple store and they told him that it is an iPhone glitch: that photos sometimes automatically attach themselves to an e-mail address and appear in the sent folder, even though no e-mail was ever sent."
The New Jersey woman's posting was dismissed by other forum users - though two newly-registered users, who were later accused of being her husband, responded saying that they had also experienced similar problems.
Susan described the image as "a close-up shot of him pleasuring himself taken at the exact moment of maximum pleasure".
She is now "working on a divorce" complaint with her lawyer.
