According to The Telegraph, T-Enterprise's Run Clarkson Run was created after the presenter made a controversial comment about lorry drivers murdering prostitutes while carrying out a trucking task on his BBC Two show Top Gear.
The game apparently sees Clarkson chased by truckers and having to jump over lorries and grab piles of licence fee payers' money in order to win points.
Sadia Chishti, managing director of the Glasgow-based creator, said: "Jeremy Clarkson is a loveable rogue, but we think he's overstepped the mark this time. So we figured we'd give truckers the chance for revenge."
The BBC received more than 500 complaints following Clarkson's remark, while the United Road Transport Union demanded an apology.
