Blonde 'aliens' seen at crop circle site

An off-duty police officer reportedly spotted three mysterious figures near a newly-made crop circle.

The unnamed man approached the possible extraterrestrials at the site near Avebury, Wiltshire, according to Metro.

Investigating crop circle researcher Andrew Russell said: "At first the officer thought they were forensic officers as they were dressed in white coveralls. He stopped his car and approached the field.

"The figures were all over 6ft and had blonde hair. They seemed to be inspecting the crop. When he got to the edge of the field he heard what he believed to be a sound not dissimilar to static electricity."

He added: ''He shouted to the figures who, at first, ignored him, not glancing at him. When he tried to enter the field they looked up and began running."

According to Russell, the official then described the speedy disappearance of the aliens while the crackling noise continued.

The policeman was apparently left with a headache for the rest of the day after the July 6 incident. Wiltshire Police have refused to comment on the "personal" matter as the officer was not on duty at the time.
