An 18-year-old student who was dressed as a breathalyser for Halloween has been charged with drink-driving.

James Miller was arrested in Oxford, Ohio after being spotted driving the wrong way down a one-way street, The Smoking Gun reports.

He was found to have a blood alcohol content of .158, twice the state's legal limit.

The police report read: "Subject was driving the wrong way out of the entrance to a one-way street.

"Upon traffic stop, the offender was wearing a breathalyser costume... Officers found what was left of a case of Bud Light Beer in the passenger side front seat and in the truck."

The costume sported by Miller showed three levels of drunkenness - "Boring", "Life Of The Party" and "Sotally Tober".
