A giant pigeon sculpture has been photographed outside London's City Hall building in Southwark and the Houses of Parliament in Westminster.
The 200kg fibreglass bird was made by five artists over two months and measures 1.52m by 3.2m.
The pigeon, which was commissioned to celebrate the launch of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZX1 compact camera, will now spend two weeks in Neal Street, Covent Garden.
Similar sculptures around the country promoting the 8x optical zoom feature include a giant conker, postbox, traffic cone, park bench and crumpled coffee cup in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Bristol respectively.
An 8xlife Facebook page has been set up showing members of the public interacting with the oversized objects.
