New 'noisy sex' couple avoid eviction

A judge has ruled that a Swedish couple accused of disturbing their neighbours by having noisy sex should not be evicted.

The court decided that it could not be proven that 28-year-old Bjorn Forsberg and 26-year-old Michelle Larsson were actually having sex at the time, Ananova reports.

The judges ruled: "It cannot be determined which flat was responsible for the noise or exactly what they might have been doing inside."

However, a neighbour said: "Their screams of passion were so loud I could hear them three floors away. I don't think they were playing cards."

Earlier this month, a British couple lost an appeal against a ban on their vocal sex sessions after a recording of their lovemaking was played in court.
