Judge 'tries to graffiti teen's bottom'

A civilian judge in Mexico has been dismissed after reportedly attempting to spray paint the bare bottom of a 13-year-old boy accused of graffiti offences.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Fernando Perez Hurtado of San Juan Del Rio faces a fine and three-year ban from public office for an abuse of authority following the incident.

Instead of imposing a fine on the child's parents, the judge is alleged to have ordered the unnamed boy to pull down his trousers and attempted to spray his bottom with the offending can of paint.

Town mayor Gustavo Nieto confirmed: "The report I have is that the judge told him to drop his [trousers] and spray paint [his] buttocks.

"The moment I found out what he did I cancelled it [his employment], automatically."
