The women are picketing in bikinis outside the place of worship after members of the congregation photographed the licence plates of customers visiting the club and asked if their wives knew what they were doing.
The Foxhole club's owner has insisted that the protest will end if the church decides to stop interfering in the running of the establishment.
However, Pastor Bill Dunfee told The AP: "As a Christian community, we cannot share territory with the devil.
"Light and darkness cannot exist together, so the Foxhole has got to go."
Laura Meske, 42, a stripper at the club, said: "Everybody has sinned, and that doesn't mean I'm not going to get into heaven. I believe in Jesus. I don't believe what they preach. They preach hate."
Relations between the two parties are said to have remained friendly. The strip club is about nine miles away from the church.
