The 4-year-old rough collie required emergency surgery to fix her broken and dislocated bones but is now walking again, Yorkshire Evening Post reports.
Owner Jackie, 49, from Bristol, said: "We were taking Lassie for a walk along the coastline, as we had every day, and the next thing we knew she'd disappeared off the edge of the cliff.
"She was literally there one minute and gone the next - we think she must have been chasing a seagull."
After searching all night, Jackie and her family discovered that Lassie had been found injured on the beach and taken to a local vet. After she was deemed stable enough to be moved she was transferred to a PDSA PetAid hospital.
Veterinary surgeon Manolo Gonzalez, who treated Lassie, said: "I've worked for PDSA for over 12 years but this is one of the most amazing cases I've ever seen.
"Unsurprisingly, Lassie had some serious injures including a badly broken back leg, a severely dislocated front leg and lots of cuts and bruises. But I'm amazed she survived such a fall without internal injuries; she was extremely lucky."
