Torres moved from Liverpool to Chelsea for £50 million ($82 million) in January, but has yet to score for his new club, despite playing for more than 600 minutes.
According to swns.com, HasTorresScoredForChelsea.com was started by Nick Miners, a 38-year-old Liverpool supporter, and comprises of one page with the word "no" in a large font.
The website has attracted nearly 80,000 Facebook 'likes', and Miners said: "I thought it would be a bit of fun [but] it's gone totally crazy, beyond anything I expected."
The website has also spawned a spinoff created by another football fan. Unlike the original Torres page, HasCarrollScoredForLiverpool.com features the word "yes" in large red text. This is in reference to Andy Carroll, the Liverpool striker who was bought for £35 million ($57 million) as a replacement for the departed Torres.
Carroll has scored twice for his new team.
