The Numi, which is on the market for £3,900 ($6,400), also includes a touch-screen panel, a deodoriser, floor-level air vents to warm the feet and a motion-activated seat.
On its official website, manufacturer Kohler says that the device "combines unmatched design, technology and engineering to bring you the finest in personal comfort and cleansing".
The company adds that the product boasts "unrivalled water efficiency", using at least 20% less water than standard 1.6 gallon toilets.
The 45cm (17")-tall toilet also includes what is described as "advanced bidet functionality" and comes with a three-year limited warranty.
Kohler was founded in 1873 and has its headquarters in Wisconsin.
A toilet from a house owned by The Catcher In The Rye author JD Salinger was listed for £614,000 ($1m) on eBay last year.
