Scantily-clad women wash cars for Vladimir Putin campaign - Video

Remember a couple of weeks ago when girls were encouraged by 'Putin's Army' to strip - all to show their support for Vladimir Putin to be Russian President?

Putin's Army's latest stunt, covered in the news report below, sees the scantily-clad young Russian women wash as many Russian-made cars as they can. Putin has a thing for Russian cars, you see.

While the male news anchor doesn't seem to mind the stunt, his female co-anchor has a more negative point of view, commenting: "That is as tacky as it can get. It's terrible... Literally, when I try to look at the footage, my eyes close. It's horrible."

The male anchor counters: "It's still popular. There's a market for it, I would argue."

"...which is sad," responds his co-anchor.

Cue the awkward silence afterwards.
